Maybe too comfortable..?
Maybe too comfortable..? I think society may have gotten too comfortable behind a screen. I don’t know how many of you have gone back in public since the big rona started but everyone’s about 15% weirder I’d say. And yes, I include myself in this. We all have new and weird hobbies we’re way too interested in. Everyone’s social battery runs out faster, and some people just straight up forgot how to live together. In a way, you can see it as a positive, people tend to be less fake and take less bullshit from each other, but on the other hand, the general treatment of people, in broad daylight, has severely suffered. Now with this vaccine passport thing, I have a new fear.
What if the person who asked me out to a restaurant doesn’t have it. What if they cause a scene at said restaurant. I know what you’re thinking, why would he invite you to a restaurant if he doesn’t have his proof of vaccination? Because he doesn’t know, he doesn’t care, maybe he thinks it’s a power move where if he actually gets in he would look cool (Hard no btw). All of this is just to say, we’re all going through our own things and just because you’re hurting doesn’t mean you have to hurt others. Or keep going Karen, at least you’ll let us see your red flags early, thanks.
